A small part assembled piece can be seen in the foreground and a frame ready to accept the trellis work can be seen behind the workmen. The water pipe, widely used for leisurely smoke all over the Ottoman Empire domains, is for the craftsmen's recreational use.

  • Article 25 - "Photographic, fine arts or plastic arts shall be enforceable for ten years as of the date of producing such work."
