In this video, Manjula Bhuyan, a speaker of the Juray language of India and a resident of Rayagada district from the Odisha state, discusses use of Aadhaar and public information access-related issues in her native, Juray, language in 2019. Interviewed by Opino Gomango and Subhashish Panigrahi for the latter's 2021 documentary film, MarginalizedAadhaar. Unused or trimmed archival footage from the film was edited by Panigrahi and published under the OpenSpeaks Archives project in 2025.
