العربية: الجُبنة الزرقاء هي إحدى أنواع الجُبن الفرنسيَّة المصنوعة من حليب البقر، وهي تُصنَّع في جبال جورا. اسمها الرسمي بالفرنسيَّة “Bleu de Gex haut Jura”؛ وقد تُسمَّى أيضًا “زرقاء ستمونسل”.
