এফিডএফিডকারী শ্রী জগদীশচন্দ্র শূর পীতা ষোড়শীকুমার শূর সাং দূর্গাপুর থানা বেগমগঞ্জ। আমি প্রতিজ্ঞপূর্ব্বক নিম্নলিখিত মর্ম্মে এফিডএফিড করিতেছি :-

দূর্গাপুর গ্রাম নিবাসী শ্রী চন্দ্রমোহন দাসের স্ত্রী শ্রীমতী তরঙ্গবালা দাসী গত 30শে চৈত্র তাহার ছোট ননদসহ তাহাদের উত্তরের ভিটার ঘরে শুইয়াছিল। ঐ ঘরে পৃথক কোঠায় তাহার শাশুড়ী ঘুমাইয়াছিল। রাত্র অনুমান দেড়টা কি দুইটার সময় 2/3 জন লোক ঘরের বেড়া কাটিয়া প্রবেশ এবং তরঙ্গবালার গায়ে হাত দিলে সে জাগিয়া উঠে এবং চীত্কার করে। দুর্বৃত্তেরা তখন তাহার গলা চিপিয়া ধরে। তাহার চীত্কার শুনিয়া তাহার শাশুড়ী আলো জ্বালাইলে দুর্বৃত্তগণ পলাইয়া যায়। তাহার শশুড়ী ও অপর হিস্যার লোকগণ আসিয়া ঘটনার বিষয় শুনিয়াছে। এই ঘটনার পূর্ব্বেও দুইদিন তরঙ্গবালার ঘরে সিঁদ কাটিয়াছিল। ঐ সময় তাহার বড় ননদ এই বাড়ীতে ছিল। কিন্তু ঘটনার দুইদিন পূর্ব্বে সে স্বামীর বাড়ীতে চলিয়া গিয়াছিল। বাড়ীর লোক ভয়ে প্রতিবেশীদের নিকট বলে নাই কিংবা থানায় এজাহার দেয় নাই।
