Deutsch: Die Matrimandir-Kuppel in Auroville, Pondicherry, besteht aus großen goldenen Scheiben und beherbergt ein Meditationszentrum. Die Kuppel scheint aus der Erde herauszukommen, symbolisiert die Geburt eines neuen Bewusstseins. Der Rahmen für die im Bild gezeigten Scheiben bestehen aus Edelstahlröhren. Es wird angenommen, dass die für die Scheibe verwendeten Goldblätter 28 Gramm Gold pro 1000 Blätter haben. Die Kuppel ist von 12 Gärten zusammen mit einem großen Rosengarten und einem Amphitheater umgeben.
Dieses Foto wurde vom Matri Mandir Sichtpunkt erfasst, der südlich der Kuppel gelegen ist, um das Muster zu erfassen, das von den goldenen Scheiben gebildet Muster, die die äußere Haut der Kuppel bilden.
English: The Matrimandir dome in Auroville, Pondicherry is composed of large golden disks and is home to a meditation center. The dome appears to emerge out of the Earth, and symbolizes the birth of a new consciousness. The frame for the discs shown in the image are made of stainless steel tubes. The gold leaves used for the disc are believed to have 28 gram of gold per 1000 leaves. The dome is surrounded by 12 gardens along with a large rose garden and an amphitheater.
This photograph was captured from the Matri Mandir viewpoint, located south of the dome with the intention being to capture the pattern formed by the golden discs that form the outer skin of the dome. |
