العربية: الجُبنة الزرقاء هي إحدى أنواع الجُبن الفرنسيَّة المصنوعة من حليب البقر، وهي تُصنَّع في جبال جورا. اسمها الرسمي بالفرنسيَّة “Bleu de Gex haut Jura”؛ وقد تُسمَّى أيضًا “زرقاء ستمونسل”.
English: Bleu de Gex is a French cow's-milk blue cheese, made in the Jura mountains. It is labelled Protected Designation of Origin (PDO). Its precise labelled name is “Bleu de Gex haut Jura”; it is also called “Bleu de Septmoncel”.
Español: Bleu de Gex es un queso azul francés de leche de vaca, hecho en las montañas de Jura. Tiene Denominación de Origen Protegido. Su nombre preciso es “Bleu de Gex haut Jura”; también es llamado “Bleu de Septmoncel”.
